Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you full control over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new electronic mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect e-mails from one mail account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming email messages based on certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mailbox account you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.

The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else.
